The Brief

American Express Australia wanted to create their first user generated content app, sitting inside the Cardmember Rewards devision. The app needed to incentivise card holders with reward points in order to encourage engagement and frequent usage.

Backend / Admin

In addition to the front end system, I also had to design how the app will be administered. I designed and produced the User Flow, Process & System Design, UI, UX, Interaction Design & Specification Document.
