Lecoanet Hemant, a luxury women’s fashion brand, had undergone a brand overhaul and needed a web presence to match. Their focus on high-end, couture-like clothing meant the website had to be something a little different, yet be easy to use and navigate. The main focus had to be desktop and tablet.

- Industry best practise research
- Develop the brands online strategy across all lines
- Develop & design UX and user journeys
- Interaction and UI design development
- Develop content strategy
- Assist in development of social media strategy
- Create wireframes from preliminary designs
- Write the build specification document
- Regularly report to client and present updates
- Assist in project time, budget and resource management
- Liaise with build team
- Product manage the completed website
- Manage addition of new features and pages
- Continued support and consultation to client
- Recommend solutions within client resource constraints
