American Express GCG need actionable recommendations on the positioning of their value proposition to online merchants. They needed help with developing their offer. Through a series of workshops with the JAPA and EMEA teams, we got under their skin and developed several product concepts they could use to grow strategic partnerships with global brands. Due to the confidentiality and sensitive nature of this project, examples of work cannot be shown on my website.
Responsibilities
- Market and competitor analysis
- Insight and research into American Express proposition
- Develop stimulus workshop material
- Assit in developing product concepts and propositions
- Internal and external process design for each concept
- SWOT analysis of current and new propositions with recommendations
- Consult on best practises and feasible approaches
