Vodafone Broadband

The Brief

Vodafone has recently launched their Home Broadband offering. They asked Wunderman UK to improve the digital path-to-purchase on their website.  They needed suggestions on how to improve the user experience and increase conversion. In addition they wanted to create a tool that will help users compare Vodafone's offering to that of competitors.


Responsibilities

– Analysis of current purchase user experience
– Identify user and process pain-points
– Identify missed business opportunities for Vodafone
– Recommend solutions and improvements to the user journey
– Conceptualise the comparison table tool
– Comparison table process & service design
–  Wireframe and create click-through prototype of comparison tool
